Refund policy
At Kayola Store, we offer a 30-day return policy, providing you with a 14-day window from the date of receiving your items to initiate a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it – unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. A proof of purchase, such as a receipt or document confirming the transaction, is also required.

Upon acceptance of your return, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on where and how to send the package. Items sent back to us without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. This allows us to assess the issue and address it promptly.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items are not eligible for return, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom-made or personalized items, and personal hygiene products (e.g., cosmetics). Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases are also non-returnable. Contact us if you have specific questions or concerns about your particular item.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for discounted items or gift cards.
Exchange Option
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-day Cooling-off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without explanation. As mentioned above, the item must be in the same condition as received – unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. A proof of purchase is also required.
Refund Process
We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return, informing you whether the return is approved. If approved, the funds will be automatically returned to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and issue the refund.
